First start with 2 ordinary eggs.

Cover 1 egg with flouride toothpaste.

Leave the 2 eggs to soak in vinegar for a couple of days.

This is the egg with toothpaste.

This egg has no toothpaste on.

You will be amazed by the results.

The shell of the egg without toothpaste has become soft.

The shell of the egg with toothpaste stays hard.

This test shows that flouride protects materials like egg shells and teeth from attack by acid and decay.
