The stream that runs through skelghyll woods is a natural place for animals.
Sometimes the heron come to visit like other birds like the Halk the Sparrow and the Tit family.
And some ground animals come too visit.

The trees surround the river that flows,
The Hawks visit the river that flows,
We'll love this truly till life close,
Then we'll really knows that the river flows.
