ART EXCHANGE
A collaborative E-mail project with Edleston School in Crewe

After several other successful collaborative projects, Edleston & Ambleside have got together to extend children's descriptive writing and drawing skills through a E-mail based Art Exchange project.

Children from each school provided a description of an imaginary character. Care was taken to ensure the writing provided enough detail and description to enable a child at the other school to create a picture or painting.

Descriptions and finished paintings were exchanged via E-mail.
