Rodent Roundup - Points of view!
  Hello. We're the guinea pigs!

We have neighbours from hell! We would like to tell you about them. They are two Gerbils called Jin and Tonik. They are giving rodents a bad name, because they are terrorising the class!

It was a lovely Monday morning after the half term holiday. We were being cuddled by Lyndsey and Kerry-Ann ( members of Yr 6).Then at that moment we saw a tall figure crashing down on to a table with Tonik dangling off his hand. The figure (called Josh) was screaming and writhing in agony. Then we caught a glimpse of Jin jumping off the table and running away from Tonik under the book case. Then Tonik suddenly let go of Josh's hand and fell on to the table where he was caught.

Blood was oozing from Josh's hand, Mrs Bagot (the teacher) took him away to clean his hand.Tonik had bitten nearly right through the skin between his thumb and his index finger.

It took about ten minuites to catch Jin and put her back in her cage. We would never do a thing like that. So now we are going to take this case to the head teacher so that we dont get blamed for giving rodents everywhere a bad name!

THIS IS TRUE !!! NOW YOU KNOW WHY WE HAVE NEIGH BOURS FROM HELL!!!

It only was a little nip
I really meant no harm
I hardly dug my teeth in
Why should it cause alarm

I'm small and quite vulnerable
And Josh is big and strong
A nip to keep him in his place
Can't really be that wrong

They say that I am dangerous
That I must have come from hell
But I am just a little gerbil
The best that pet shops sell.

Hang on!! - This ain't right!

Its me Jin and I know the real story. It was pure confusion I hardly did anything at all and as for them guinea pigs they are just fat squeeking fur balls! Here is the truth. It was a normal morning and me and that other little horror Tonik were out. I don't like that annoying pip-squeek he is always pulling faces and calling me names!
