Review: Sandy Lane Stables is a series of stories. My fave story in the book is "A Horse for the Summer." Toms relative goes away for the summer and lets Tom keep her horse at Sandy Lane stables. Tom works Chancey for a big local show but the owners of the stables will not let him go, Nick (stable owner) coaches him in the outdoor school, schooling Chancey early in the morning and doesn't let Tom go.

Review: This book is about Doctor Who landing on a mysterious planet. He soon discovers that this planet is "SKARO" where the "DALEKS" were first created by the crippled genius "DAVROS". He meets a race of intelligent lifeforms called the "Movellans" who help him on his quest but soon finds out that they are a race of a million robots! He promtly discovers that he and Romana (his assistant)have two enemies the DALEKS and the MOVELLANS! He meets an escaped DALEK prisoner and to his surprise he is a Human called Tyssan. Davros is planning to upgrade the DALEKS so that they can rule the three universes. At the end Tyssan makes an electronic ice cube to preserve Davros through the billions of year to come. A cracking book!
